Specific Staffing and Training
CitiPark strives to maintain a steady staff at each of our accounts. We don’t believe that rotation of staff is conducive to maintaining our exacting standards and performing at a level best utilized to servicing a first class facility. We train our staff specifically for each client and all on-site attendants will typically attend and complete all necessary property-specific training at the expense of CitiPark.
Upon contracting CitiPark, our HR department, along with our Operation Managers, will establish a custom Property Manual that will include guidelines for all of our staff on the proper methods and systems in place that need to be followed specific to your property. A copy of this manual will be provided to you for your records. Additionally, if for any reason your management wants to change or remove employees from any of your locations, the change will happen immediately.
